"The minister explained that negotiations are under way on how to overcome the problem faced by the Serb communities left without electricity throughout the Kosovo enclaves.

One suggestion is for Serbia's public company EPS to pay for the Serbs' consumption by donating electricity to the province. "

The minister has no clue because he is not there; local serbs are there with Peter Feith and Hajredin Kuci. No special bills or arrangements, just pay the bill like everyone else. The world is tired now with the crisis and don't care about the drama.

"The villages are inhabited by Serb returnees, who were previously driven out of their homes by the province's ethnic Albanians."

If this is true, then it demolishes the pro-Albanian claims on B92 that the electricity was cut off because K-Serbs did not pay their bills for the past years. They can't be using electricity in the past if they were not at home (having been driven out by the Albanians). Or maybe their homes were illegally occupied by the Albanians who used the electricity there. What an interesting twist!
