Europe has to make sure no money goes to Turkey (no true democracy) or Kosovo (not a state).
For the rest: hope Balkan will join EU soon.
Turkey: not the first 20 years!
Kosovo: only as part of Serbia!

Don't mistake it for a Marshall-Plan. The devil is in the details and numbers. I can't withhold my tears, I am so impressed with that number. Thank you very-very much. 150 mn Euro for the entire Balkan + Turkey is a terrific number. Given a household in the Regnart + Monta Vista school area of Cupertino, California is about 1 mn Euro worth, that is... 150 Cupertinian households. WOW!!!
Not so sure, how much of that 150 mn will go to Serbia, but given it's size probably equal to 20 or so Cupertinian or New Yorkian households.. That's a number every Serb will forget his/her inner "Inat" and will kiss the hands and feet of few EU officials.
As for Turkey... they will land up probably with an equivalent of 70-somewhat households. I am sure, they will be overjoyed and will celebrate with their Kurdish opponents that generous gift dining on a roasted wild boar, Obelix-style.
I mean... it's OK to be cheap. But to THAT degree?
I wonder, why no one is reporting, we got some ants in our house... The testers found a bug in my program and I am frustrated to eliminate it (not just the ants). And my wife did buy some bread today. Even more important events than that.
In any case. The entire area of East Europe + Balkans was a witness of permanent disaster since 1200-s. Before that, it was significantly AHEAD of Europe. There is a need of real help and real Marshall-Plan, not bull's dropping.
