Germany "won't withdraw troops in first half of 2009"

EULEX and NATO are doing a fantastic job in Kosova. Of course as soon as Kosova's Security Forces and Kosova army are ready to defend itself of any agresion they should go home.

In other words, after KSF starts operating as a real army will German troops start their retreat. Way to go Germany, you are a true ally and citizens of Kosova will never forget your help.
