Power restored to Gnjilane village

Electricity has been restored to the village of Šilovo in Gnjilane after a power cut lasting 25 days, announced village representative Milivoje Stojanović.

USAID does not pay electricity for Serbs, but, in confidentiality, the agreement is reached and electricity will be paid by the villagers, even thought it might be that they have been promised a help by the Serbian government. This is from the very trustful source, though I am not a KEK worker. . However, this agreement is reached with compromise of the both sides with the USAID brokering it, and has its relief to the villagers.

USAID must have privately undertaken to pay the KEK for the time being since no Serb-Albanian agreement was reached. The last thing the US needs is another crisis to put a strain on its overseas forces.
