Actually they did and do.Serbia liquidated terrorists there in 2001 and the Serbian border police are shot at by Albanians that then run away into Kosovo-Metohija so they do not get killed.The Serbian police and military have done an amazing job at not retaliating.Serbia has been pushed into a position where she cannot be judged by normal stadards.Our children were bombed in 1995 and 1999 ,we have lost a lot of land and we are being hunted and exterminated in Kosovo.We have the worst case of genocide since WW2 being systematically destroyed by the terrorist government in Kosmet thanks to German and American backing.Lets put things in perspective we have been labled with genocide in Bosnia for protecting our land from mujaheedenn and resurgent Croat Nationalism and every time a foreign power has invaded the Balkans that gave the Croats,Muslims and Albanians free reign to kill Serbs at will and with NO revenge.The people of Serbia have been pushed to far.How can you expect us to treat Albanians with law and order when they continue to commit genocide and cultural genocide in Serbia? The Albanians have no right to demand anything until they can provide Serbs with basic rights.Remember standards before status? We Serbs have not forgotten and we are well past the point of forgiveness.Our enemies thrive while our hands are tied behind our back by NATO.

- Albanians in Presheva sign a deal. Now expect Belgrade to totally cut the funding for the parallel institutions and silently tell them to integrate with the Ahtisaari plan.
Kosovo Serbs have double the rights, but they do not want them. Unlike Presevo Albanians they refuse to participate in Kosovo institutions and are always used by Serbia to destibilize Kosovo.
Albanians are not paying them back with the same coin. They can use Presevo Albanians to make trouble in Serbia but they don't.
Again another sign that Albanians, although demonized by Serbia has always been more moderate when it comes to dealing with Serbia, just like when they tried to negotiate about Kosovo status under Rugova.
