Johny my friend, as you said
"Borders change all the time."
Thanks for saying that- you sound like a savvy person so there is no much reason to doubt your judgement.
At least something that both sides can agree upon: borders will change again.

Ron why no new borders. Because Serbia doesn't want it? Because Serbia wants to save face?Because Russia doesn't want it? Borders change all the time. Why should it be different this time. Because borders change we have states such as the USA, or even Germany and Austria. That is why one day there is going to be an Israel and a Palestine. So you think just because Serbia doesn't agree we should be hold hostage to them? Where were the so great Serbian leaders when in 1997 we Albanians, yes we Albanians, were asking for more autonomy less independence? We offered it to the Serbs in 1997, yes we Albanians , offered the Serbs the solution of more autonomy less than independence (obviously labeled as just autonomy). Why weren't any of the Serb leaders or any of the average Serb people demanding that? Demanding that wide autonomy be restored and the issue be solved through that. It is simple, because the Serb people bought into some very evil plans their leaders, church and their state offered them. They still buy into it. Now that Serbia is weak, now that NATO is there, now that there is no sign of Serbian state there, Serbia offer that; the same exact offer that we made to them before we were killed, mutilated and ethnically cleansed? The irony of it is that we already have much more than anything Serbia could possibly offer. So what is the point, what is it in it for us. Why should we go and be under Serbia when Serbia is asking for money from the world powers, when we can do it directly. Why should we make ourselves go and depend on a state, (Serbia) that depends on powerful states such as US, UK, France, Germany, Russia, and China, when the majority of these states are offering us their help to us directly, without the middle man (Serbia). Why because, someone who was sitting warmly and browsing the internet, while our family members were being murdered by the Serbian states, doesn't agree with it?
We don't even need to go to what happened during the wars to see that Kosova under Serbia is simply a managerial nightmare, now.

I feel that it is high time that a 'Truth Commission for Kosovo' be established. (non-aligned UN member states)

This Unafiliated Commission would examine the whole series of events that led to conflict in the province.
Special attention would have to be paid to the actions of foreign governments' agents and forces who were present in Kosovo before the events of 1999 and also the conduct of these actors to the present day.

I think the West and the rest of the world for that purpose must now make sure that international law is maintained: Kosovo is part of Serbia.

I regret every victim, both Serb or Albanian.

Let's get over this. No new borders, no new states, no new violence.

Just live as brothers and sisters in demacratic Serbia!

Rest in peace Serbian victims. Your blood (including the blood of innocent children)was spilled by evil.

This has gone down in history as one of the darkest and shameful acts of aggression against a nation in order to satisfy greedy imperialists.

Kosovo is not a democracy, Serbs and other non Albanians are excluded from the ruling government, Kosovo does not have religious freedom, the medieval churches and monasteries are gone, Serbs get roughed up by the ethnic Albanian police for no real reason; these are just a few of the many evils which the USA/NATO helped the ethnic Albanian mobsters inflict on Kosovo.
