Afrimi, for your information this criminal WAS found guilty on evidence at the time and convicted to 40 years in prison. So what do you mean if there is concrete evidence? If DNA evidence is not good enough for you, then what is?

EA, same goes for your comment. He is guilty because he was even sentenced. Are you saying that they found new evidence now which ties someone else to this crime? Unless they have that, they have no reason to release him except that he is Albanian.

Peggy,

Let the Judge do his job. There should be no hiding for any criminal Albanian, Serb, black, white whoever. The thing is that Serbs pre-judge every decision that go against their expectations. Any decent and sound man would be terrified to see free someone who has killed inocent civilians. Any JUDGMENT should be made according to the rule of law.

EULEX is handling this. Now we know we are going to get results.
If they do manage to catch someone, how long before they let him go citing lack of evidence?
These poor Serb victims will have to wait a long time for justice here on earth. Heavenly justice will be dispenced a lot earlier.

This incident about the buss bombing you mention is beginning to hurt me the way you see things black and white. There was not enough evidence to convict him of that crime and he is released based on that, IF at any time they find concrete evidence then he will be brought back and sentenced. So really he is not off the hook yet, this is the thing that most of you miss, "Innocent until proven guilty" even if this means releasing someone and bringing back when enough evidence is gathered.

Would this be the same EULEX that let out Kosovo bus bomber Florim Ejupi or a different 'EULEX'?:

With competence like that, it will be a long, long time before Kosovo will be allowed to join the EU (that is if the EU sticks to its own rules on entry critera).
