Dear Ian, this could be either rumor or true information. In my opinion more appropriate question could be; where is the origin of such “rumor”?
Hello Ataman, as we said before; there is no use of false impressions. We were talking about some false hopes, and you are exactly doing that, trying to convince yourself escaping from reality. If you want to discuss the issue, get the point; which is the arrangement of Serbia with IMF. Of course, we are not in the position to be acquainted from the first hand, but we are for sure capable to read and understand news. However, the time reveals everything; so that let us wait and see.

Ian,

I dig that "masterpiece" of journalism out, here is the link:

really, the girl on the picture is by far the best in that article.

Still, I think she is not as good as Vlora Citaku, even if Vlora is older. BTW: today there is an opening in Hungary, the position is to be the PM. Darn, Vlora has no chances :(

No double standards, please. I did witness ladies discussing Obama, Tadic and Thaci VERY explicitly. If you, girls are allowed to look at our politicians from YOUR point of view, than we are allowed to do the same, too. ;)

@Ian:

This is a new talk in town based on a bombastic essay published in a marginal German newspaper a day or two ago. There was a silent discussion with some of "foremen" of Albanian camp about that. I do not want to go further in the detail, but it was kind of agreed, the most significant part of the article is a picture of a nice-looking Albanian girl sitting on the shoulders of who is probably her (LUCKY) b/f in the middle of the sea of red flags with black eagles.

The rest can be discussed if you know the German language and how to twist it good enough. Otherwise it's pointless because you need to dissect the wording to see the big nothing. ;)

I would not be surprised to learn, the said girl is more mature than who wrote the article.

Is this true about conditioning Serbia with recognition of Kosovo before Serbia can get a loan or is this just a wild rumour?

Drawing up strategies to get any arrangement with the International Monetary Fund is a real field of battle. So, stop deceiving people around with the false hopes. Why don’t you simplify your vocabulary and tell that you are not in any case the side to decide about the agenda, or to influence it; because there are rumors circling over a precondition called Kosovo. Or better – You are not going to get any cent before recognition of Kosovo as a state. I would be most grateful if you are able to disaffirm these “rumors”.
