A police officer shot dead 30-year-old Đ.Ž. in New Belgrade in the early hours of this morning, though the circumstances have yet to be established.

The only reason a police officer can discharge his weapon is in case the suspect is armed.
A drunk man looks drung and acts drunk so shooting someone for stumbling while coming out of a car is going to be hard to link to him being armed.
The police officer has obviously been poorly trained and the system needs to have a look at where it let the officer and the victim down.
