Lets get something clear there will never be a border between serbia and kosovo, serbian refugees 300 thousand of them will return when things are right for them, and i hope soon, so my fellow serbs can show the albanians how to conduct a multi ethnic kosovo, which was a multi ethnic kosovo before the war, serbs owned more than half of kosovo, why do you think kosovo is not serbia? is it because of 2 million albanians that live there, or 10,000 of them that been killed by the serbs,or is it because amercia wanted a base in Serbia so the only way was to support the albos, and steal Serbian as well as Albanian land to achieve their stupid goal of having a damn Base in which serbian farmers land was stolen, then on top of all this presevo, bujanovac, medvedja albanians want more rights. thats absurd they have rights they just dont want to participate in serbian government, their life could be much better if they go through serb institutions and get jobs, establish economy by having companies but no all they want to do is protest, complain, and in the end say Serbia harrassed us, we dont have rights.

Oh my! What an incredible act of soverignty!
The Spaniards are leaving because I suspect they see trouble coming. Turkey is contemplating the withdrawl of its recognition. The high point of this year was some island somewhere recognising independence of Kosov"a". No flood, deluge, tsunami of recognition for the illegal UDI. It is my hope, that a census will be taken once the Serbs take over. A census to determine what Albanian entered illegally from Albania into Kosovo.

"Don;t worry, EULEX already runs the custom points in the North. Soon, they will be run by Kosova police with both Serb and Albanian cops. Then, cars will be turned away from there.
(Alban, 19 March 2009 16:02) "

In the north's crossing points, Eulex(which itself is status neutral) operates under UNMIK's authority. And the Serbian minister still sailed past right?

As for your prediction that Albanian cops will be there soon, well, don't hold your breath. These cops themselves will need round-the-clock protection!

>> "simply don´t inform anymore, just like kostunica in these days! and kostunica wasn´t just moving in the liberated & secure parts of kosmet, but also in the short-time occupied parts of kosmet!"

Kostunica came before Kosova declared its independence. Serbs can come as INDIVIDUALS but not as Serb officials with escorts and to hold rallies. Armed escorts will be arrested, unless they have prior arrangements, that happens everywhere. If Serbian officials don;t recognize Kosova as a state, they don't have to stop when the police tell them no, try to go ahead anyway.

All this will be solved soon: Want Schengen or SAA? Stop causing trouble in the North and start being "constructive"

Only at the Ibar and not at the so-called "Administrative line?" I'm glad to see the Albanians are beginning to realize where their real authority lies. Still, this episode is another example of the farce that is Albanian efforts at demonstrating their multiethnic tolerance.

And Ben, "Another proof that Albanians north from Ibar are left on the mercy of Seselj."

Are you serious? You give the man in the Hague far too much credit.

Sooner or later there's going to be some serious violence as a result of these oh so immature actions by Thaci and his Nu Demokrats. Rubbing the noses of his paymasters by bleating everytime Serb sneezes or the EU doesn't deliver his breakfast on time and causing unnecessary hassle like this shows how far Kosovo is from being 'state'. The idea of recognising a 'state' that carries on like this is the stuff of TV satire and certainly not worthy of the name. maybe his people could do something useful like offering to help the Serbs rebuild the historic churches which got bombed.

An other ingenious act of Kosovo "authorities". Well done, Serbia.

- Of course, he was either driving himself or driven, with full parade.
- Of course, he knew WHERE is the border checkpoint, and where is not.

Even a little child knows, just few miles (probably 2 or so miles only, west of KM) is the Beograd-Pristina-Skopje main road. There is no border checkpoint of any kind there, only a customs checkpoint and there is not even the (in)famous 50 Euro collecting agency either.

I can drive without being even stopped - and I did. They may stop trucks from Belgrade, but even if you have a "Kosovo je Sebija" sticker on display, it's still OK as long as you have few extra Euros to make the day of Albanian guy happier.

That's the reality on the ground in Central/East Europe and I don't think there is any of us here who did not "sponsor" few Euros to Serbian / Albanian / Hungarian / Romanian / etc. guys in uniform. (All of them still better than Ukrainians).

In any way, such incidents are always on purpose. On Serbian side to show the world and to ICJ, how do K-Albanian self-proclaimed "authorities" "respect" the international law, on Albanian side they want to show the world, they are in control.

Here we have a clear 1:0 in favor of Serbia.

1) Mission 100% accomplished (for Seribia)
2) Mission 100% failed (for Quetzalcoatl-mafia): the world knows, you have no authority north of K. Mitrovica.

Thank you, KosovA!

Another proof that Albanians north from Ibar are left on the mercy of Seselj.

How is this an embarrassment?

This deputy minister has entered Kosovo, he has entered the north.

It also seems unlikely that he would have been prevented form going further had he not tried to go through southern Mitrovica.

^ It seems that the KPS habve done one competent thign in the years since NATO entered, I'm pretty sure if the Albanians found out he was there they would of tried another pogrom of Serbs like in 2004.

Maks

I hope now the neighbor country government got their lesson and should finally start behave as a European government, so before sent its official visiting Kosovo ask for permission first. Here is Republic of Kosovo and direction to it is the opposite side to Beograd. You cannot accidently happen to be heading to Kosovo without planning it first.
The government of Kosovo, after one year independence, started to think seriously as an independent government and ordered all foreign officials must ask permission in order to enter in Kosovo. Serbian government tested it by sending so-called Minister for Kosovo to enter in Kosovo without permission - denied, later few MP - denied, and now deputy minister - denied. In the same time Kosovo PM invited Serbian President to visit Prishtina.

So let me get this straight. The Albanians claim ALL of Kosovo, and also claim to control ALL of Kosovo, but if they can't, they demand Presevo as a swap for northern Kosovo?

Judging by this, looks like they've accepted the reality on the ground.

The bigger question is how did this guy get into Kosovo in the first place? If Kosovo claims to be a state controlling it's own borders then how did he sneak across? a false passport maybe? or is it the case that UNMIK and or EULEX are in charge of the border? If that's the case, they've just undermined their case for independence - oops.
