How could a country become an EU member, if it is'nt even even the unilaterally offered and contracted SAA obligations?

Somebody should explain Mr. Topolanek the rules of the game, before he starts shooting at any goal :))

I agre here with Mr. Topolanek. Most Europeans are somewhat bewildered with Holland's sinister behaviour, especially towards Serbia. (I believe they are acting as the frontman for their eastern neighbour)
It reminds me of the antics of a 'dry drunk'.

The Netherlands should no longer block Serbia and Montenegro.

On the other hand I think a lot of other European countries are glad to see Holland vetoing Serbia.
Holland will do the job while they can pretend Serbia is welcome.

On Albania: welcome, but way too poor at the moment.
On Kosovo: sorry, only STATES can apply for membership (we all know Kosovo is a PROVINCE).
