The EU is promoting privitisation of energy companies and (often) the decoupling of energy supply and energy transport. In generally I don't like this policy, but I can't see why it isn't applied in Kosovo where it would be very functional.

The problem is, my dear Miso,
Serbia has no allies that will go to war for her.

What is wrong with you Mr Minister? It is time to shot down big switch in Serbia that is sending electricity to Serbian province of Kosovo. Let those tormentors of Serbian people live in dark for a while and see how they like it.

"Belgrade offered to form a special company to supply Serb communities in Kosovo with electrical energy."

There is no need for SPECIAL COMPANY to "supply" the Serb community with electrical energy. As far as I am aware Kosova is not running electricity to supply its citizens. Serbia can help to pay the bills which is overdue by the Serbian community. It is as simple as that and STOP trying to make political gains.

How can anyone ask for these poor people to pay for electricity when they are not allowed to work. They can't even go send their own children to school without armed escorts because Albanians have been known to attack young children and the elderly. This being IN FRONT of the international community. God knows what they do to these poor Serbs when no one is looking... Oh wait we already do know... Organ Harvesting. Serbia's leaders need to grow some backbone and not allow its own people to be terrorized. We should ask our allies for help and support.

Something is wrong in here. People who do no pay electricity are trying to turn this situation in political situation. They actually, would you believe it, want to discuss the issue of carrying on using the electricity without paying for it. When nobody pays any attention to these requests then they block the roads, this is just out. Don’t you guys notice, not even Belgrade want to talk about Free Electricity for K-Serbs, they know that they would become a laughing stock.

It is not a good situations to be in and I would like to help them but not any case pay their bills. After all, they listended to messages from Belgrade, now they are in trouble but Blegrade is playing deaf.

No free bill for Albanians too!

Albanians still do not realize that Serbs in Kosovo live in Serbia, not in their imaginative "great Albania". It seems that Serbia has to cut power to Albanians and stop giving them electricity for free, like they used to get for decades.

I sense huge protests are on their way with civil disobedience and disruptions in the pipeline. They will end up paying for these mistakes and so will the so-called government in Belgrade - who are responsible for this mess by allowing the EU mission into Kosovo.

This is just a test to see how far they can push Serbians and the sooner we respond the better.

“Therefore, we simply don’t know who to speak to, to solve this kind of problem.

Ill give you a hint. Pristina goverment.

Alternatively if that doesnt suit you `PAY YOUR BILLS,.
It couldent be any simpler.

“Namely, UNMIK, which is nominally responsible for such issues, simply hasn’t the strength to implement any kind of agreement. Meanwhile, EULEX is the second strongest, second most importance international mission, but that mission doesn’t have this matter within its remit,” said the state secretary.

“Therefore, we simply don’t know who to speak to, to solve this kind of problem. That’s why I mentioned the diplomatic offices, as, objectively, they appear as a third, but very influential factor, and because we have no other choice. I’ll be speaking with one of the representatives of the diplomatic offices in Priština,” he announced.

Finally it downed on you Mr. Ivanovic that UNMIK has no saying whatsoever.

Second , I sugest you talk to PM Thaqi as Kosovo's Prime Minister about this problem, and I am sure he can solve the problem but don't forget to dish out hard cash for power.
