Serbia should think about submitting its application for EU membership only after Mladic is arrested.

Iko, If you subsitute the word Croatia for Serbia you will be even more correct.
However Croatia is a friend of the US which was complicit in the expulsion of 400000 Serbs in 1995.
By all means return those lands wnich are historically Bosniak in the east,But I don't see any Serbs in the West either after the Croats and Bosniaks cleansed them.
Milosevic was dreadful but didn't Tudjman agree to divide Bosnia wuith him.
Izetbegovic Ganic and Silardzic are no angels either.
The World ? You mean the international Community led by The US and EU who decides what happens.Mmm an illegal war in Iraq and now the Afghan quagmire.

Given Serbia's track record of dealing with its neighbours as expressed in BH and Slavonia in the 90's and its ongoing support for the destabilising presence of RS, it is not surprising that most see this attempt to join the union as a joke. Help reconstruct BH particularly in the east and help support the return of the evicted to their homes in a secure environment, surrender Mladic and admit its role in the wars of the 90's, then there will be a Serbia that the world will recognise as a trustworthy and responsible partner.

Why does'nt Delic start working in Serbia. Or did he decided by himself, that his country should become EU member? What's the opinion of Serbian citizens worth to such politicians? Did they realise, what democracy means? Do they know, how it works?
