The European Union Council of Ministers will accept Montenegro’s application for EU membership in April, says Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek.

Actually this surprises me a little. There are more chanses for Tzar Milo "Get Rich" Djukanovic to make more money and influence if his country is outside the EU and people can't travel freely. THen he can continue to impose importtariffs and customs on everything and then award his friends with import licenses and give money to his brother such as in the bank scandal. As an EU member this is much harder

I guess it will now be easier for Milo Djukanovic and other Montenegrin politicians to earn money from human trafficking and cigarette smuggling.

Im not suprised. The EU always gives in just before the elections. Its a show of support to Djukanovic. They refuse to back the opposition in Montenegro. Hmmm i wonder why

Maybe maybe but i will not be so sure..When Milo was in Italy everybody told him that he must wait ... but he didn't but ..certainly while it's true that Montenegro is tiny and with few problems for Eu countries this are terrific moments for any EU applications of any kinds..expecially in a year where there are Elections...
