So were the half million people on the streets on 5 October all American tools? How many Serbs need to do something before it becomes the will of Serbia?

OTPOR an American Tool?
Frontline, a US documentary series on PBS had a doc called: Bringing down a dictator. It was all about OTPOR and how they worked with interviews from their leaders. The US involvement was minor, though the Americans involved said they did much more. See the film maker's link at: http://www.aforcemorepowerful.org/films/bdd/index.php

Huh! "otpor was an american tool against Slobo."

Good.

Slobo was a disaster for Serbia - OTPOR was sensible Serbs over-turning that disaster.

Don't keep giving credit to the US when much of the credit truly belongs within Serbia.

How predictable. B92 censoring criticism of Otpor. There is nothing there that needs to be censored.

The problem with B92 is that it allows ones own opinion and loyalties to get in the way of free speech.

bganon, you are correct, I know very little about this case but I do know he was found not guilty and that he will continue to face trial until he is found guilty.

So tell me bg, if he is guilty then why was a verdict of not guilty reached in the first place?

bganon:

Is it ok to take money from people who bomb you country with depleted uranium? The country which brainwashed the world public and made a bad image of Serbia? The country that is trying to steal our Holy Land and give it to uck terrorists?

ZK you know nothing about this case do you?

I do, and the real question is why were charges allowed to die a death in the first place?

Marko Milosevic employed a lot of people in the town of Pozarevac and they were not all involved in criminal activity (this is 90's Serbia, so some black market activity was the norm).

However, even those that worked for him admitted to me that 'our' Marko was a showoff and had a tendency to attck people who he thought didn't like him.

Sloba was ruler of Serbia and Marko ruler of Pozarevac.

Just as the law applies to us ordinary people, they also apply to him.

Ratko whether OTPOR was a US tool against Slobo is by the by. Is it ok to beat people (or kill - Tref) because you are the son of the president?

Ahh, don't you just love it? The wrong verdict was issued whether he is guilty or not.

I assume this will continue until he is found guilty in line with all of the other propaganda going around regarding the Miloševićs.
