Frontline, a US documentary series on PBS had a doc called: Bringing down a dictator. It was all about OTPOR and how they worked with interviews from their leaders. However, even those that worked for him admitted to me that 'our' Marko was a showoff and had a tendency to attck people who he thought didn't like him.
Sloba was ruler of Serbia and Marko ruler of Pozarevac.
Just as the law applies to us ordinary people, they also apply to him.
