Wow! This new embassy will be larger than Camp Bondsteel! Perhaps this means that the US will give up support for Kosovo in the near future and support an independent Belgrade instead?

Burning the old embassy, as it turns out, seems to have created jobs.

You are "right". :(
To create even more jobs, let's burn down not merely an embassy - but Twin Towers! Let's loot the USA for 8 years based on people's fear from some terrorist "ghosts", sacrificing Civil Rights. Let's invade Iraq and Afghanistan to make jobs abundant and economy thriving.

All done recently. The result was sub-optimal and unfortunately there was even a "little" collateral damage in property & life in NYC, Iraq, Afghanistan. What was the name of that great president?

Most will be paid from State Department budget.
You do not want to be in that situation - in order to survive, you need a very strong stomach and to know, how to be "Politically Correct" all the time.

And of course you have to know, who is your master.

All this is not US-specific, only the astonishing number - 400. And of course the inflated budget they operate with. And the silly security. Enter any embassy and compare that procedure with the US embassy. Paint a devil on the wall, it will come alive later. You can argue about 9/11, I will say, it's all but clear who was really behind of that tragedy.

One day we may hear some shocking news. Not-so-shocking if you consider simple engineering calculations and the laws of physics and all that happened few weeks after the Twin Towers changed the owner - and OVER-INSURED against terror attacks.

Perhaps, Bush is more evil than people think. On my side I am fairly sceptic about all that "Al Qaeda" bs. I liked the story, they found INTACT Saudi passports in the middle of the Twin Tower inferno. And I really admire Usama bin-Laden being such a caring person. They hijacked the planes not during the day with potential of 30000 victims, they did all in the morning hours, when the occupation was only a tenth of what it normally was. Clearly, a sign of goodwill! Nevermind the laws of physics and what material was confiscated from Hungarian eyewitness reporters I personally know.

This government should have insisted on building the new embassy on a site bombed with depleted uranium so the Yanks can prove to us how harmless it really is.

Maybe, they will relocate the Twin Towers or build another camp Bondsteel with a missle shield.

Maybe, Serbia will become another American State and adopt the greenback.

"A lot of four hectares [...] was purchased from the Serbian government [...]."

Purchased from Serbian Government?Or from the State of Serbia?

In order to understand the fundamental role and position of the government of Serbia...
