Most traffic accidents in Serbia are caused by drivers younger than 24 and older than 65, says a report by the Philosophy Faculty's Psychology Department.

Oh really? What about all the accidents caused by drink drivers of all ages! Drink driving seems to be a way of life in Serbia. And don't forget all the accidents caused by people who never passed their driving test but got their licence because they bribed their driving test examiners!
