I'm doubtful this guy will get very far. If he complains about being blocked, he will not have his tenure renewed like the former Kosovo Ombudsman Marek Anton Nowicki and like Nowicki, nothing will be heard of again.

FYI, for the seventh year in a row, the Court of Auditors has refused to sign-off the EU's budget. Now that really is advanced!

This is "independence"?

This is another Bosnia. Please dont tell me this is the independence Albanians had in mind. In case you are not aware how the democratic loving imperialists work ill give u a quick run down.

The object is to have these regions in a tense state for a very long time but not tense enough to boil cause europe doesnt need that(yet). These superficial states need to stay tense in order for Nato to nurture its influence and legitmacy. Also to exploite reasource value not to mention sign contracts with their corporations to rebuild what they destroyed.
Bosnia's parliment is more or less symbolic but Kosovo's definitely has no legitimacy and this article tells us who is in charge of managing the finances, so no big suprise there it's another Swedish, Finnish, Dutch pigglet.

You should all check out "The Corporation" a professional independent documentary. Discuses the involvement of corporations in all spheres of life. Theres even bits on how they set policies for war when a "rouge state" blocks their ambitions.
