Serbia, Slovenia look to boost cooperation

It's a good thing that Serbia doesn't share a coastline with Slovenia.

It is hard to see Slovenia doing anything substantive on the four points, yet it 'welcomes investment by serbian companies'.

Now that it isn't friends with little old Croatia any more, it looks like it needs better and bigger friends in the region. Who are they kidding?
