You want to know what it really boils down to? Which letterhead will be used to write and print the memo: UNMIK? EULEX? Republic of Serbia? Republic of Kosovo? That's it.

I think Albanians really don't care all that much how Serbian monasteries are preserved, or whether they are guarded by Serbs, Albanians, KFOR, or the Boy Scouts. It's all about who do the guards report to: Pristina, Belgrade, or Brussels? The technicalities are not the issue. It's simply what name to file it under and what hat to wear.

Eulex is not status neutral. They are using "Republic of Kosovo" court stamps in violation of UNMIK Regulation 2000/30.

So does this mean that the Serbian authorities are going to see to it that the Mitrovica Courthouse is going to be able to function according to the 6 poiont plan or are we picking and choosing which parts of the plan Serbia created that Serbia wants implemented.

so far the 2 points that have been attempted -a discussion on cultural sites, and opening of the courthouse have been blocked by Serbs.
Kind of a right hand not knowing what the left is doing situation here.

Ron, in some extent you may be right. But then please concentrate no sth. else. Your life hasn't been minimally affected from this, unlike us. Nor is the EU or the world order and well-being endagered from Balkan. On the contrary, NATO and Russia are again nearing and the world crisis is the major issue for anyone. You're the last entitled to complain here.
