It would be certainly a well-deserved 12-15 year term. It was intentional, it was fueled by "low instincts" (ethnic hatred) (it's Hungarian term and adds a lot of gravity), it was with "special circumstances" (US terminology, in Hungarian "különös kegyetlenséggel" = "extreme brutality"). All this would qualify for 15 years (as minimum) in HU and for execution by lethal injection in USA. "Crime against minors" is just an icing on the cake.
15 years would sound justified, even more. Prosecution is 100% right.
