Reverse onus is an affront to natural justice and is not inline with European standards. This can be viewed as, and perhaps accurately, as a political or government cash grab or attack on the real property and chattels of so called undesirables.

If you want to punish someone, by all means show cause before a competent court and after you prove it freeze away, anything else is backwards and lends itself to corruption
