Look, then they won't stay there or read what they sign.
Far more important is the question, why the 2 by pseudo-law-enforcement kidnapped serbs haven't been liberated?
Have they been in town or not?

Protesting Serb justice workers this morning blocked the courthouse in that town as EULEX was to start its first trial.

Kosovo police are being to soft, way to soft, they should have beaten up this protester even should them is they didnt leave.
what will serbian police do if albanians block courthouse in presevo or bujanovac.

pss,
Funny?
I don't think you understand the situation. Serbs want the courthouse open with the people that originally had jobs there. Not EULEX officals from all across Europe. This is a double standard. Pristina has their Albanian judges, but Serbs can not get their jobs back.
WHY?
I thought "Kosova" was a "democratic country".
How about we rename Kosovo as The Republic of No Serbs Allowed!

"According to EULEX announcements, three of its judges will lead the trial and the prosecutor will be from the EU mission as well."
Is anyone else figuring out that this robbery trial of Serbs robbing other Serbs is a mockery of justice??? Why would qualified SERBIAN judges now need Eulex Judges to preside over such an insignificant trial....unless this is just meant to open up the courts to a brand new "form" of anti-Serb justice, and to subject them to the "empire's" new ways??? It sort of sounds similar to the Ottoman Empire.....make the Serbs grovel, unless "they" become "us".

Bill,
Are you fooling yourself?
EULEX is in Kosovo under the framework of 1244.
We all know that 1244 states that Kosovo is a Serbian province.
For UN and EULEX there is no such thing as 'Kosovo government'.
Again, let me repeat: EULEX is only there within the framework of 1244.
Now stop waysting time and get the job done (within Serbia of course).

Look, EULEX is there to assist Kosovo's institutions, nothing more or less. Its not their job to enforce Serbia's wishes or UN's R1244...
pre 15 godina
EULEX should fully implement 1244 and the six points plan immediately.
Too much time is wasted on Kosovo and the socalled independence.
EULEX should start the job!
pre 15 godina
Funny, the one point of the 6 point plan that seemed to have been implemented-the reopening of the courthouse-is being blocked by Serbs.
