Look, Bolton is a highly respected American individual, in and outside the United States. He cannot be dismissed as a pro-Serb nobody. I'd also like to remind the Kosovo Albanian supporters that during the Kosovo separatist government's recent trip the the United States, while Thaci and Sejdiu both met with Secretary of State Clinton and Vice President Biden, I don't believe they met with Obama. Now, I'm not 100% sure although I did search Google for images and didn't find any of the two men shaking hands. Why is that? I find it quite odd that these two leaders were in Washington yet they didn't meet the President??? I think that is more than a meaningless coincidence. Although Obama has unambiguously stated his support for Kosovo, I think his failure to meet with the Kosovo reps indicates that either he doesn't see Kosovo's plight as a very important issue, or he doesn't want to offend Serbia. I may be wrong, but it's certainly interesting. Now, it could also have something to do with his chief of staff, given that Rahm Emanuel was co-chair of the congressional Serbian Causus http://www.house.gov/apps/list/press/il05_emanuel/serbian_caucus.html. At any rate, it's interesting.

The US is bankrupt. They are not going to spend money on the fake narco terror state. They would like to but are going to be too busy burying their bones in Afghanistan/Pakistan. New NATO ally ALbania will be footing the bill with a few bodies as well to prove their loyalty. SOunds just like WWII to me.

My fellow Serbs don't forget you humanatarian obligations to our people in Kosovo and Metohija. I know you do but we need to dig deep. Things are going to get tougher and tougher all over.

Of course the Kosovo issue is not closed. Kosovo is Serbia because international law says so. All Serbs say so. Kostunica says so and Tadic and Jeremic trail along with him and say so. The Serbian Orthodox Church remembers to say so. Bolton says so. Many many countries of the world say so. Russia says so. Most importantly of all Bishop Artemije and His clergy and His followers of whom there are millions say so.
US will have to go back to drawing board with their KLA friends and talk with government of Serbia and its citizens for solution but final decision is respect for sovereign territory of Serbia and Serbian government must not sell anthing that is entrusted to them by the citizens of Serbia and it's diaspora.
Kosovo is Serbia

isn´t it sweet how our dear k-albanian friends are desperately trying to belittle the position and personal reputation of Mr.Bolton...seemingly just because he´s saying something that doesn´t fit into their narrow-minded greater albanian illiusion?

Bolton's correct. First, Albania hasn't given up on finishing the absorbtion Kosovo into the oxymoric "Greater Albania." Second, the economy is so bad for all the subsidizing countries of this experimental "multi-ethinic" Kosovo, that the economic situation there will not get better but will be probably worse. Aggravated by watching the new Kosovo elite, the Albanians supporting this debacle will drop significantly with boat loads running to Italy for further distribution. I think Bolton is stating the obvious, despite the popular denial of the EU and NATO.

A day after the international court convinces Serbia about crimes and terror in Kosova we have the same old immoral Serbian politics:

behave as nothing happened, deny the evidence and cry injustice. Ask from someone of the Serbian well paid clown lobbyist to give as much as possible ambiguous statement.

Well OK let's take Mr. Bolton's judgment as credible.

But in the best case scenario after this UNAMBIGUOUS VERDIC of the International Courte Kosova's case is STRONGER than ever. You want to speculate over this???

OK than,

The following step here is that Kosova sues Serbia and asks compensation. As well as ALL Kosovars that have lost the dearest’s and properties from this now recognized Serbian state crime.

All according the INTERNATIONAL LAW.
Nothing more nothing less.

The issue of Kosovo is far from being settled. Anybody would see this if they were honest with themselves. 54 recognitions? So what. the Palestinians have 100, and how do they live? What kind of power does this imaginary Kosov"a" government have in the North and the enclaves? None! So all of you Kosov"a" UDI supporters, do yourself a favor and ask yourselves what has been accomplished in one year. Ask yourselves how many memberships to international associations do you have, why is your new "country " still divided and why are your supporters are not putting forth the effort that they did as in previous years.

Let's see: Albania will join NATO in April so kiss any closer NATO ties to Serbia goodbye unless Serbia wakes up, admits responsibility and accepts reality. NATO works by consensus, just ask Cyprus

The best solutions for Serbia and Kosova is to put their differences aside and accept the reality. There is no going back. Within a few years there will be free trade and movement of people in most of the balkan countries. Serbia is taking a hard line on the Kosova issue but US and EU have already made their minds up on this case. Serbia will only find itself isolated and powerless in matters regarding Kosova. I

Of course the Kosovo i Metohija issue has not been solved.

I feel that a great deal could be acomplished in both KiM and BiH if the USA, the UK and the 'Greater German' EU states kept their noses out of Balkan politics. Haven't they done enough damage already?

As an outsider, I can see these 'evildoers' trying their best to set Serb against Serb in the antiquated policy of divide and rule.
