Yep, but I see some little difference in the gravity of the cases. I suspect, one case is more related to a young kid having unexpected hormonal issue he does not know how deal with yet.
I am also certain, Toronto has bigger issues with trivial crime from Michigan spilling over than with immigrants from Western Balkans. Nothing to deny, there is organized Albanian crime but the Krasniqi case you mention seem to be an isolated one.
What is interesting in Krasniqi case is the ease he could get in hiding and false documents. So there certainly is a good Albanian network where they help each other REGARDLESS of the law. It's nothing new, but has nothing to do with kids playing mama and papa and showing each other their private parts. Is suspect the original case is rather close to the later.

With all my pro-Serbian stance, this is probably not an incident worth to mention. Only few days ago it was a somewhat similar case in Hungary, blown completely over proportion by the media.
Balkan is truly dangerous place. My advice: who can - better have vacation in Mexico. A much safer and friendlier place. Or maybe not.
