I am confused by some comments to this story. Is the story not about Serb soldiers being attacked and killed by Bosnian soldiers whilst the Bosnian forces had prevented any communications being allowed for the safe withdrawal of those same Serb troops? Ignoring any other issues, surely this is a brutal act on the part of the Bosnians concerned. I find it suprising that anyone, Serb or Bosnian could interperet it any other way. It also demonstrates, in my opinion, the way in which the UK media/government (?) were able to cloud the issues that were reported to the UK public at the time. The more I learn the more I realise that maybe the perception of the alleged Serb attrocities i one that is at best misinformed and at worst manipulative propoganda to justify actions that were subsequently taken. I feel that many people could do well to take a much more informed approach to how they view the alleged occurrences during this and other periods of the Balkan's recent history. Maybe we should not accept blindly the versions of events as they have been presented to us? Governments and the media, it seems, sometimes have a vested interest in having us believe a distorted view of events.

No, the Serbs are attempting justice for the thousands of crimes the Bosnian Muslims got away with and initiated.

The Bosnian Muslims started the war and the media covered up for most all their crimes.

The Bosnian Muslims had impunity to torture, kill, steal and rape and they had concentration and rape camps set up from the beginning of the war.

The Bosnian Muslim controlled Sarajevo had scores of illegal prisons and detention camps and they committed horrible abuse under ex-cons like Jusuf Prazina.

The fact is the Bosnian Muslims had many ex-cons - former rapists and murders - leading their paramilitary from the start.

These Serb attempts of relativating are disgusting and show once more Serbs would do the same again. A critical position towards the past has never had a chance.
