“Implementation of trade deal in March”

Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister of Luxembourg Jean Asselborn said the EU will begin implementing the Interim Trade Agreement with Serbia in March.

Something has happened:

1. Jeremic insults Sorensen (Solana's personal envoy)

2. Serb officials are banned from Kosova
3. Jeremic meets with Sorensen later

4. UNMIK confirms it's essentially out (i.e. no escorts because it has no police)
5. EU office opened in Serbia
and now we learn that SAA might be unfrozen. Looks lie Serbia caved and accepted EU instead of UNMIK (not that it had a choice or anything)
