All conditions for “road map” by April

Serbia will fulfill all conditions for the liberalization of the visa regime with the EU by April, Interior Minister Ivica Dačić said.

The fact that Serbia is still under "Visa Regime" is a real shame on part of EU. Whilst all X-Yougoslavia Republics have been enjoying freedom of movement for many years Serbia is still held to ransom.

Viza's should be looked upon as freedom of movement and travel which 99% of European citizens enjoy. To attached potitical stigma to same is a crime.

I remember when "People of Yugoslavia" did travel visa free. Yugoslavia was the most prosperous country in it's region. Look what has now been reduced to and who actually commands its future.

Seems like everyone in the EU has old scores to solve. If one country has the right to block another country's progress when majority thinks otherwise the only ones that will win are those with petty minds! It this what the Europe has been reduced to? Where is real progress and real talent?! Or is it "I'm ok Jack"!

I remember when Djindjic was standing in front of Greek Embassy and telling the people if you vote for pro-Western parties you will not have to stand in line for Visas anymore. 10 years later I have to stand in line for my own passport.
I will believe it, when I see it. By then, I can promise every German citizen 28.000 euros or a Ferrari or ...
