"One of the most recent cases, in which MP Velimir Ilić racially insulted Minister Rasim Ljajić, is unlikely to even reach the Parliamentary Administrative Committee."

This is another case where B92 reports a moot accusation as a matter of fact.

The fact is that this accusation that B92 makes is denied by Illic, is not being pursued by the alleged victim, and meets no reasonable test for a hate speech indictment or much more importantly conviction.

What we do have is a smelly accusation against a smelly comment.

With respect to Bgannon's comments I must say, you have been hitting the nail on the head in a number of posts.

In my view your

"They are paid to improve the lives of Serbian citizens. As it is, they do nothing but sit on their lazy behinds."

comment rings true with respect to the government and opposition parties.

Increase fines, make them happen more often.

Aligrudic may think its interesting to hear people swear and insult, but they are not paid for that.

They need to be careful, respect for that institution is lower than ever.
