There you go. Should have thought about this before giving in to pressure to recognize Kosovo. Maybe you should withdraw your recognition and break all ties. See how quickly Germany and Holland will change their tone. LOL tools. Montenegro you have only yourself to blame for being so stupid and ignorant. The only way you will get into EU will be at the same time as Serbia and the rest of the region... we are all a package deal or no one is getting in. Which is fine by me.

The Montenegrans bomb Dubrovnik and kill many innocent civilians, turn their backs on Serbia and then expect to just walk into the E.U like nothing ever happened. Wake up Djukanovic your country has alot to answer for.

Concerning Serbia, I think that your country must first arrest Mladic in order to make progress on the road to the EU.

If you know where he is, do feel free to tell us.
He would be a fool to hang around Serbia now. So knowing that how can Serbia arrest him if he happens to be in another country?

Perhaps they can ask Medvedev very nicely to send him back?

One of the reasons cited was corruption. Well, that's not going to go away until they get rid of Milo.

Milo, you have just found yourself in the same situation you put Serbs in. Stabbed in the back by the people you thought were your friends.

Best news so far.

Another Canadian Serb,

I think that Montenegro will join the EU after it fulfills the required criteria.

Mircea,
where are you now?

What's the magic password?

It would seem that the EU doesn't want to expand.

Can you once again explain what it take to join the EU.

What shall Serbia do in the mean time, cross her fingers and take a different path.

Moral of the story: Listen! They were warned not to submit, but they did it anyway. Albania was told to wait till July even though 27/27 of nations have approved the SAA. Serbia was told to wait till SAA is in effect as well. Listen

And here Milo thought all he had to do was recognize Kosovo and all would be clear.....

Silly Milo. He jumped through the hoop, but no cookie for him.

"Oops! I guess backstabing Serbia by recognizing the banana republic of Kosovo was all for nothing. Well, that's what you get for trusting the West".

Mike, I think you have it partially correct, that was one of the reasons for Montenegro to recognoze Kosovo, however I beleive the other reason was to placate the large Albanian community in Montenegro from trying to form a "break away" republic in Montenegro.

The EU is blocking Montenegro because its members are in no mood for further enlargement. The current EU is already a bloated, unwieldy set-up where members bicker almost constantly over this and that. Can you blame therefore blame them for finding excuses here and there to stop or delay Balkan entry?
