Serbia is trying desperately to use signor Zannieri in its perverse intention to destabilise Kosova and move the public attention in north of Kosova rather further recognitions by other countries.

Let me rephrase that for you.

Serbia is using all legal means at its disposal to uphold its territorial integrity and sovereignty.

EA,

Please stop refering to Kosovo as being a state. We both know it is a Serbian province.

That status might change, but let's not forget the acutal 'factual' status.

I don't think they will achieve anything. I'm glad that Serbia has realised that they are not in control and have increasingly are trying to cooperate with UNMIK, it's good baby steps. I know this comment will get negated by all Serbs or pro-Serb but the future looks dim. A lot of Serbs were calling to burn down the Kosovo - Serbia border but as we can see that did not happen. With Serbia losing economic might and Kosovo progressing (15% budget increase) I can safely predict that Kosovo Government will slow have tighter control of the border and slow start to implement the rule of law in Serbia with the help of EULEX. A lot of you believe that EULEX is "status neutral", if this is so then this personnel body is more "status neutral" then Kosovo Government itself.
