EULEX chief Yves de Kermabon says that his mission is not in Kosovo to make laws or reach political decisions.

Good comeback after Feith's irresponsible statement yesterday but it doesn't go far enough.
The EU should have said that they disassociated themselves from Feith's comment, and that it was by no means made on behalf of the EU. How can Feith be allowed to hold the title (albeit for a short time) of EU represenative when he's not reflecting the line of the EU?

I noticed the provided it was under the 6 point plan was not in quotation marks. I have a strong feeling that was not actually said by Kermabon but edited in, as EULEX has never claimed to be operating under the 6 point plan.
