Since you're the "Minister for Kosovo", and since that job title is currently irrelevant, my suggestion is this: change it to "Minister for Vojvodina".
I bet you will give up when the security forces of Kosovo will be set on the border to Serbia. That means no more serbian criminals acting in north Mitrovica because we will clean that part of the city from criminals and so called pararel structures. The only people who will remain is the good and decent serbs wich makes a minority of the serbs in Kosovo.
Whole of N.Mitrovica is populated by newly or ex-criminals from Serbia. The real serbs from Kosovo just want to live a free life with a job to go to. For them Kosovo is independent and they know it won't change.
Just wait another year when Kosovo security forces will be active. I bet you will lose faith in Kosovo becoming a part of Serbia again.
