with it´s influence decreasing it´s only a question of time until the US change their position in regard to serbian sovereignty.

today they talk about "done deal" and similar nonsense, but that comes only naturally, since they want to maintain their bondsteel-base with as little trouble as possible in the foreseeable future.

but sooner or later, to stay in the Balkans, they will have to recognize serbian sovereignty.

let´s hope that the international soldiers finally fulfill their task of protecting serbian cultural and religious sites against primitive aggressors.

If you are a NATO member you bomb other people, you do not get bombed. Its as simple as that. If Serbia is not a NATO member and similar circumstances to what happened in the 90's repeat, there is a chance NATO might bomb you again if you are not part of it. Might not like it but thats how it is.

NATO sounds like a gang.
What happens when the gang members turn on each other?
The whole gang emplodes.

Don't you worry about Serbia in or out of NATO. No more bombings will be allowed.
Do you honestly think that NATO will have the nerve to attack again with Russia investing in Serbia so much?

"...countries such as Slovakia, Romania and Greece, which did not acknowledge the Kosovo and Metohija's unilateral proclamation of independence, are within this alliance as well".

The worst example is not a way forward in the European menthality. It is unfortunate to have some countries in EU which aim is grabbing economical advantage from it and giving nothing compare with the rest. Their current position regardin Kosova will help EU to reform itself in striping off irrelevant countries from blocking powers.

Portugal just signed the protocol for Albania to join NATO. I wonder if Albania will be Serbia's ally in NATO. LOL.

Probably a better ally than Turkey of Greece - in the same NATO. But I am very reserved about that NATO membership, at this moment it is quite a bit about corruption - i.e. forcing to buy overpriced equipment (like SAAB jets). The world is upside down compared to what it used to be. NATO membership in 60-s/70-s would be probably a huge blessing for Albania or Yu. Today I am really confused what that entire hoopla is about and probably I am not alone.

EU makes sense - but only because there is nothing better and it COULD benefit if played right. As for NATO, that is completely bogus.
