The international judges include many dishonest and corrupt ones and they will fall for Albanian "witnesses" lies.

I doubt there was a single shred of evidence against this man or else they'd have been looking for him much earlier.

Besides which the Albanians have been caught in lies and fabrications against Serbs many times.

This whole thing was done to steal Serbian property which the Albanians have been doing in massive scale.

The judges where not Albanian but international judges. That has to be said before the Serbs here start accusing Albanians its usual with them.

When the murder's were committed this guy was a minor that is the reason why he was convicted as a minor and did not get many years in prison.

Also the justification that he worked for 8 years or was in Kosova for 8 years or whatever holds no value. One only need to look at the group of Albanians arrested in Presheva a couple of months ago. They lived there the whole time and that didn't stop the Serbian government from arresting them. The Serbs here should stop complaining. I wrote when those arrests were made in Presheva, that the K-Serbs will get the same treatment Albanians get in Presheva. You arrest Albanians; expect nothing else but Serbs to be arrested in Kosova. Its how things work in the Balkans.

There might be some irregularities but not because of his ethnicity. Sentencing to 10 years for murder/homicide of 4 individuals with intent to murder 2 more deserves more.

No death penalty? 10 years for four murders? Sure there are irregularities here...that means he is getting 2.5 years per life he took. If that's not an irregularity, I don't know what is. The leniency shown towards this war criminal is astonishing.

This is indeed really puzzling:
1. After the 10th of June 1999, serbs were the hunted ones, so the all story sounds strange.
2. M Simonovic went free for 8 years (!) and even worked for the Pristina authorities (!!) see link below.
3. This urder accusation only surfaced after he tired to get back family property illegaly occupied by an influencial K-Alb.

This makes a lot all together!

..to ten years in prison on charges, on June 15, 1999, killed four Albanians and attempted to kill two more. Simonović was 16 at the time.
Ashame there is no death penalty for criminals!

10 years for murder? they must be joking, i thought could get you at least life.

the "irregularities" of ministry of kosovo are laughable just as they are themselves.

The KLA leaders and government of Kosovo are dedicated to expelling non-Albanians from Kosovo so if they need to form fake cases and jail them they will do that to.

Brian, I assume that you were personally invloved in the trial of this man, and you have examined all the evidence and facts and have now come to the conclusion that it was a fake case?

Due to the sensitive nature of this case, the trial was probably led or supervised by an international judge and organisations, therefore I doubt the intention of the trial was to expell every serb from Kosovo.

And the 'irregularities' cited by the serb ministry, are ridicuoulus. Just because the guy didnt have a criminal record does not mean that he didnt commint any crime, it just means that he managed to avoid justice for years. Mladic doesnt have a criminal record yet, but that deosnt make him innocent.
