How many times they will announce that "visa-free soon"?
The truth:
1) No need of visas
2) Russians don't need ANYTHING (on praxis) to enter Serbia.
3) Serbs need the original vaucher or UVIR-approved invitation to enter Russia directly or NOTHING if they enter it from Belarus.
4) Serbs do not need anything to enter Belarus, only passport.
Given the high corruption level of Ukrainian borderguards (beware of better laptops!), the best is to travel in Budapest-Minsk-Moscow, not in (Belgrade)-Budapest-Kiev-Moscow train. True, it costs 50 Euro more.
Otherwise just cannot get, what this news is about. "Officially" visas were abolished since ever. The fact, they were demanded till last year and it seems, the practice is still mixed is Russia's shame, in nutshell:
