Hague: Vreme journalist is lying

The Hague does not believe that journalist Jovan Dulović, who has testified at the Tribunal in the past, is too ill to accept another summons to give evidence.

This seems to be a fabulous opertunity for the Hauge to flex it mighty legal in investigatory muscles. It's obvious that they've been unable to do so very much up to this point. They should spend some time and money and do a proper investigation on this reporter to verify his claims of illness/injury and to determine if he is fit to bare witness or not. I'm sure that they'd be able to find the truth eventually.

Then again, maybe he is really not well. Maybe it is about time the Hauge consider humane treatment of its witnesses. We know it was too much for them to consider any for Mr Milosevic, and allowed him to pass into the eternal ether, all the while remaining highly impotent in summoning a verdict against the man.

But who am I to judge. I don't have a fancy degree. I don't have an intricate understanding of the international legal system. I'll leave it to the fabulous legal system that they already have in the Hauge.

Wow. Trying to force a man who just had his leg amputated to appear at this political kangaroo court, against his and his doctor's will. The Hague sounds pretty desperate. It is obviously because they have no case against Seselj, and he has done an excellent job of making a fool out of this NATO creation which has nothing to do with justice.
Like I have said before, no Serb should recognize this abomination of a court, this sham, this anti-Serb circus, which they call the Hague.

I repeat the case against Dr. Seselj is 100% a fabrication. The mystery is why the international legal community does not denounce this charade which is similar to the the 1938 Moscow show Trial of Bukharin.

Shame on the ICTY. For years Dulovic exposed crimes on a fraction of the salary of international prosecutors and investigators, risking real danger in the process. Now aforesaid prosecutors who live extremely comfortable, well-paid lives wish to subpoena him.
