Oh? And I suppose the US and its economy is functioning perfectly? What audacity!


"Munter also said that he "hopes the differences between Washington and Belgrade when it comes to Kosovo will not be an obstacle to good relations between the U.S. and Serbia"."

Munter might as well wish for the moon.
