"Forfeiture law takes effect immediately"

Special Prosecutor Miljko Radisavljević says that the Law on Forfeiture of Assets Gained Trough Criminal Activity will be applied in March.

The Forfeiture Law should be applied to the Serbian Province of Kosovo. That way all the criminals can be sent back to Albania and the crime proceeds can be confiscated and used to better the lives of the remaining minority.
