"Thirdly, the talks should be in Pristina, perhaps now Serbian leaders will understand what "reality on the ground" really means.

The talks could also be held north of the Ibar. I am sure the reality on the ground there would be just as evident for any Albanian leader.

Any "technical" talks such as cultural heritage between Kosova and Serbia would be a waste of time and money. The international communuty should "hold the bull from its horns" and not messing around with these silly talks. The truthful negotiations should start after Serbia has recognised Kosova as an independent state. There are plenty of topics to agree. Free movement of goods, people same rights for Serbs living in Kosova to Albanians living in Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvegja, return of refugees at their home and both countries join the EU. Problems solved!

First we need to establish what topics will be discussed before jumping into a decision. Secondly, the doors need to be locked or Jeremic should not be invited. Thirdly, the talks should be in Pristina, perhaps now Serbian leaders will understand what "reality on the ground" really means.

Kind of funny this is coming out 10 years since Rambouillet. You'd tink by now an international effort to bring Serbs and Albanians to the table would be realized as something less than productive.
