The UN might as well become a club for stand up comedians should this actually come to fruition. Which I am sure is not a serious consideration.

In my humble opinion, Serbian courts do not qualify for such task. They could, only after gaining the necessary experience through trying Karadzic and/or Mladic in their own chambers.
