EA,
Yugoslavia once had open borders with Albania and look at what happened to Kosovo.

NO!

I would degree with you, in that Serbia should not have open borders with Albanians.

They will never ever get along, especially after the Kosovo debacle. Besides, why would Serbs need to go to Albania.

As for Washington, Munter continued, it sees the Balkans "as a zone where borders won't be important and where cooperation of neighbors must be established, which includes good relations between Serbia and Kosovo as independent states".

The full transcript of the interview will be available shortly on our website.

That nails it all! We do not need the full transript of the interview))
I totally agree with the ambassador. One more think I would add. Frienship agreement between Kosova and Serbia on free movement of goods and people, same minority right for Serbs living in Kosova and Albanian living in Preseva, Bujanovc and Medvegja. I never read any comments from the Serbian panel regarding the above. IT CAN BE REAL!

The bottom line is it is cheaper to produce steel in Serbia than it is in the US. (That was the whole point of investing, wasn't it?) So long as that doesn't change, US Steel will close other plants before they close this one. This is what foreign investment is all about.
