U.S. in donation to District Court

Or maybe these "donations" use expensive made-in-US only spare parts which the Serbians will have to replace at a later date at great expense. Nothing is really for free with these Yankees!

Because U.S. "help" is always about influence and control. The money for the justice department is done to influence Serbia's courts in a biased way. The U.S. has committed many crimes against Serbs and promoted most heavily INJUSTICE against them - now it wants to promote this from within. The U.S. is no friend, it is a FIEND!

An answer in frustration? I think the Serbian people welcome any assistance from the rest of the world, but you can hardly blame them from being skeptical. The US has not exactly been friendly in the recent past. (However, Yugoslavia was a US ally during WWII and so was Serbia during WWI.) It will take some time to change that view.
