'The outspoken Mr Kouchner knows how to use the media to best effect to make his point or back a cause, though he was criticised by some in France in 1992 for images of him wading ashore alone in Somalia during the famine, carrying a sack of rice on his back.'

I think I'm going to puke. It reminds me of the American turning up with a few beads to buy large tracts of land from ignorant American Indians.

Here's a Kouchner quote 'By creating MSF (Medecins Sans Frontier), "we were establishing the moral right to interfere inside someone else's country". I guess he took that idea and ran with it, as Bush might say, realising that he could side with the crooks in a dispute in a country and make a lot of money. Good Morning Kosovo.

'For his part, Pean makes no secret of the fact that his book was written as an attack on Kouchner, whom he accuses of siding with American interests to misrepresent the conflicts in Rwanda, Darfur and the former Yugoslavia.'

Thank you. The truth always comes out in the end. This anti-Serb was the worst Kosovo administrator ever, and let us not be fooled that he is some sort of 'do-gooder'. He is completely immoral.

This 'humanitarian' used his influence to get EUR 4.6 Million for writing a health report, and that from poor governments in Africa that can't afford it? Very slimy indeed, but then what do you expect from such people? He is part of the Solana gang of humanitarian bombers. Solana himself used to be a hippy peacenik and then somehow transformed himself into the head of NATO. Some people only worship the green and nothing else, money that is.

I wonder if Mr Kouchner will be asked how Monaco telecom (a derivate of France Telecom) were lucky enough to get the Vala 900 contracts...

Not surprised in the least. Kouchner brought in "044", a Monaco based mobile phone company, into Kosovo without even issuing a tender and allowing the dismantlement of the 063 Serbian mobile network. The company has made millions with virtually no competition for 7 years. I wonder how much the kickback was for that.
