Who do you think most countries (besides Albania, Afganistan and Micronesia) would like to have good relations with: Serbia or Kosovo? You seem to think that everyone is just eager to have relations with Kosovo with all its problems? Politics is about you scraching my back and me scratching yours. However, you are not in a possition to scratch anyones back since you don't have anything to offer.

No it doesn't, it is expected.
However next time when the meeting is held in Tirana or Skopje or Podgorica or Zagreb or Sofia it will be the Serb representative who will storm out of the door. Do the math and see who is losing the most.
