As far as I've seen over the past few years international laws have been applied according to the "might is right" policies. When one takes that into account, then since Slovenia is part of EU, they are might, thus they are right. Croatia should sit down, shut up, take their medicine and smile at the same time.

The real legal battle will be between Croatia and Serbia, both camps deeply standing in the not-might group.

Oh I LOVE THIS!!!
"However, he said that Croatia would not be able to accept being denied an opportunity to give its evidence related to the conflict “which demonstrates its rights”. The country, according to its president, would also find unacceptable any ultimatum-imposed solutions "that go against international law"."

Can you believe this?!!!
How can these two nations bicker and pull each others hair like two little spoiled girls over a swath of 6km of land whereas they have no problem giving up 15% of Serbia to Kosovo against international LAW and norms!!
I hope that the region in question declares itself independent and all three parties duke it out with each other at the UN for the next gernaration or two.
