The requirements imposed on Western Balkan countries in order to get into White Schegen list are a shame!
Biometric passports???? Does citizens of Honduras or Bolivia have biometric passports? Are their border controls somehow more strict than those of Serbia, Albania, Montenegro or Macedonia? I don't think so.
Is their GDP per capita higher than the GDP of Serbia, Albania, Montenegro or Macedonia? Not even close.
Is the level of corruption in their goverments somehow less than those of West Balkan countries? Actually is more!
Yet, the citizens of those countries are more "privileged" than Serbs, Albanians, Bosnians, Montegrins and Macedonians combined.
Maybe is time for Western Balkan goverments to UNITE in a common front and demand RESPECT for their own citizens. In the European Union of "equality" and "freedom", so far Western Balkans citizen are equally humiliated and equally not free to visit relatives, friends, travel for business or pleasure to the supposedly future common European state.

Agree 100% Ataman. Unfortunately (and everyone knows) EU has chosen to use visa policy first and foremost for its political purposes.
That's why I have that feeling of #1.

Otherwise could sb. explain me how on Earth a Bolivian pass holder (with all respect) can travel freely to EU and an Albanian/Kosovar/Serbian/Macedonian/Bosnian/Montenegrin pass holder cannot travel event to Bulgaria/Roamania (with all respect) without a visa?

I don't know, Genc, but the sooner, the better. Visas never stop the crime, but why prevent others to travel? That just makes private and business contacts more difficult.
