Serbia marks No Smoking Day

Filthy habit. Something that should be done in private or with other addicts. Definitely a step in the right direction.

Never going top happen. This is not North America or the UK,.. Serbia is the Balkans! where over 4 out 10 people of all ages smoke!

If they ever introduced this law it would last all of about 2 days! No Cafe or Restaurant owner would tolerate it like they have in other places in the World.
