Actually Dardania it's a smart move. Other firms interested include 2 German firms [RWE and E.ON], Italy's ENI, Serbia's EFT (Serbian in the sense that it's registed in the UK for residency purposes), Russia's UES and another Russian company.

So serbia can easiy choose the Russian investors over the western ones.

Given that the Czech newspapers have reported that a hoped for CEZ contract in Kosovo was the main reason for recognition and that this contract will not go to Serbia and that conracts of this size require intra-governmental agreements this is a perfect opportunity for Serbia to cause the Czechs to become the first country to de-recognize Kosovo.

"If they do that, then we can talk business. This is called 'leverage'. "

Actually it's called stupidity, Serbia desperately NEEDS the investments and they are largely controlled by pro-Kosova countries. Go ahead, don't take their money

The Czechs should be told that if they want to make some money and help build our power plants, then immediately rescind their recognition of the fake, illegal, and immoral state of Kosovo. If they do that, then we can talk business. This is called 'leverage'.
Will Tadic or Djelic tell them this? I doubt it, because we all know who they work for.
