Bogdanović was referring to de jure partition being unacceptable. For all practical purposes, there is already a de facto partition at the Ibar since 1999.

Lets be realistic here

Do albanians actually think that america genuinely cares for your well being? It doesnt take an educated person to know the answer to that. So now two parallel realities exist one believes they archived independence and the other side views this as substantial autonomy. Theres arguments for this since kosovo is not a UN memeber and i dont see it joining any political organizations maybe economic but then again the serb side has no problem with that since they offered the albanians economic governance. On the other hand it's a fact that kosovo was recognized by 50 or so states who will lobby and aid kosovo to an extend yet to be seen(US exeption). I really think that its high time to look forward and make peace with the past. Serbia will be pressured and some what conditioned but it cant be stopped towards the EU since some of its neighbours depend on serbia joing the EU and by the level of investments in the country there will be strong lobbying for Serbia to join the union. Also not to mention the EU will not risk putting too much pressure since they would like to see the DS retain power. As for kosovo i fail to see how investments can be attracted since no investor feels secure with their capital. Kosovo will have some large companies to privatize but even some of those will have to be negotiated with Serbia and eventually that money will run out. It will take a decade or two to stabalise the province and it will all depend on how well the albanians cooperate with serbia(6 point plan). The EU has stated many times "with out Serbia theres no stability in the balkans". This is my opinion your welcome to disagree

Hmm what route will you take to the UK? Into albania on to a ship, take it out of the mediterranian and ship it over to the UK? Or will u export over montenegro's rocky cliffs on that stable mountainous road over to croatia's busy coast? Ah thats right u can go over macedonia but how will you bypass Romania with "kosova" licence plates??? hmmm, how will you achieve any high exports with those plates and with out having the best cooperation with Serbia? Smart ppl in kosovo will realize this soon enough. All these alternative routes take twice as long. Wait a minute, you guys can use pristina's airport that impressive cargo hub of yours.

'that the government has never discussed it'
on the contrary i think you do nothing but discuss it.
but kosovo is already partitioned and it was kostunica who did it positioning belgrade very strongly and solidly in north.
our government now mustto work on getting the rest of that poor frozen territory back in our warm embrace and giving albanians a very broad autonomy of course.

Logic I haven't ever seen any kosovo wine available in shops in Serbia, although family friends have brought some back (plastic bottle job) and its not bad.

But if I recall correctly wine sales are one of the few products that are holding up in the British economy, despite the recession. It seems that people are staying in and drinking cheaper wine. A good time to export to the UK then...

bganon,

Kosovo has the best wine in former yugoslavia. The wine haven't produce under the war and after the war the political and economical condition havent been good.

Serbia doesn't have any sovereignty or power towards Kosovo. Even the Kosovar Serbs are slowly realizing that Serbia doesn't care for their well-being, they are just being used as a pawn.

He wants the Serbian Judges that Slobo himself appointed, NO!!!

While for the majority of Serbs Kosovo is a place they have never been to, more or less distant, a romantic notion that doesn't influence their daily lives, for the Albanians it is an existential issue, hence the stronger motivation of the Albanians.
The government in Serbia is the expression of the people of Serbia as a whole, whose priorities are different from those of the Serbs of Kosovo, or that left Kosovo in the last 10 years. As long as the government in Belgrade doesn't include the Albanians into the equation seriously, they are only going to hurt their own people by delaying their return, or isolating the people that are still in Kosovo.
cheers everyone

He added that Belgrade’s main goal is to initiate new negotiations, because the status of Kosovo has not been solved.

What negotiations?. Does anyone in Kosova listens to this guy what he says anyway?
How come he calls himself a minister who is not recognized by anyone outside Serbia.

There is no negotiations for Kosova's status because her status was solved on Feb 17, of last year, keep on dreaming Mr. minister:)

That is a result of ethnic cleansing for the past 50 years, sponsored at first by Tito, then the US and now the EU as well. However, it is our duty not to let your ethnic cleansing of Serbs and all other minorities succeed, and we will make sure you don't.
The US is in such an economic mess now and going further and further into debt, with an aging population that will eat up the social security their government has been poaching from, that not even vehement anti-Serb hate mongers like Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton will be able to help you any more.
Let's see what the future brings.

i think you albanians have forgotten why you left albania... your government betrayed u, took your tax money, kept your country poor...
non albanians in kosovo know that this whole "independence" is gonna fail and don't wanna live under a totally failing government...
you are all blinded by albanian pride rather than worrying about your futures living under constant corruption...

so don't complain about the 6 point plan... it's for citizens who believe that serbia is doing a good job with the government infestructure... if the albanians are successful then i don't see why the other communities wouldn't go with it...

What is he talking about Serb ethnicity being the only police officials on Serb populated areas? They are like 800 Serbian police officers from 8000 total KP members, that my friend is 10% of total the police force.

Serbian minority doesnt make 10%, nor does all minorities combined. So he is technically asking to partion the community step by step? Im wondering, is this another brilliant plan from Belgrads so-called action plan?

"Kosovo partition unacceptable"

Who said we can't agree on some things? The funny part is that Serbs want just that: take a chunk of land and sabotage Kosova, but they are (in their own mind) trying to secure for a better negotiating position.

Bogdanovic also said that he will talk only with UN /EU not with the Albanians, that's perfect for Albanians since no one will actually do it.

Mark Treblina

The Honourable Minister is leading the Serbian people to believe that Serbia still holds claim over Kosovo. Hence the statement "Kosovo will be all ours again". I mean, how good is that for a spin. A leading politician throwing sand over your eyes and telling the Serbian people that you are so stupid for believing it. This 21st century is for us Albanians, we have first row seats for this magnificent sight.
